Score & More! High School Basketball: Caribou at Presque Isle (Girls), February 7th!

The Presque Isle Lady Wildcats and Caribou Lady Vikings met on Wednesday for their final regular season game. The Lady Wildcats came into the game 5^th in Class B girls, while the Lady Vikings were sitting in the #6 seed.

Emily Wheaton and the Wildcats proved to be too much for the Vikings in a 60 to 48 win. Presque Isle used a balanced attack to pull away in the 4^th quarter. Chrissy Skidgel added 12 points in the victory. The Lady Wildcats finish the regular season at 13-5 and will move on to Bangor.

For Caribou Sierra Hebert led the way with 14 points. Alexis Rodriguez put in 11 points for the Lady Vikings who finish 8-10 and will likely host a preliminary matchup next week.

The Cushman and Son’s Players of the Game were Maddie Michaud and Maddie Jandreau of the Lady Wildcats.
