Suspects Sought in Former Senior Complex Vandalism

RCMP in Rivière-Verte are asking for the public's help in identifying the person or persons responsible for significant vandalism and damage to a former seniors' complex that is currently vacant.

Sometime during the weekend of April 22-23, one or more individuals broke into the building on Rue Principale in Rivière-Verte. The vandal or vandals broke holes in walls and doors, as well as smashing window, sinks and toilets, and destroying other property both inside and outside the building. The damages are estimated at more than $25,000.
