I’ve been seeing this thing pop up everywhere recently and I finally have to talk about it because I need to know.. are you brave enough to take it on?

At Taste of Maine Restaurant in Woolwich, there’s a super popular dish that’s basically breaking the internet right now, the famous 3-foot “Monster Lobster Roll.”

Yes. Three feet, of  lobster roll.

And if you’ve been on social media at all lately, you’ve probably already seen people from all over Maine (and honestly way beyond) trying to tackle this thing like it’s some kind of seafood challenge. It’s huge, it’s probably messy, and packed with fresh Maine lobster.

This yummy lobster is  piled so high it almost feels unreal.

Guys, this is not your average lunch order, its more of a challenge.

The feel at Taste of Maine is exactly what you want too, those classic coastal Maine views, and that salty-air seafood energy that just hits differently when the weather’s nice.

And let’s be real, part of the fun is watching people attempt it. There’s always that moment where someone confidently starts the roll… and then realizes they’ve only made it through like 1/10th of it.

Still, people keep lining up for it, snapping photos, and sharing the experience because it’s one of those “you just have to try it at least once” kind of Maine food moments.

So the real question is: are you actually hungry enough to take down the Monster Lobster Roll?
