Medway Man Charged with Manslaughter After Fatal Crash
A Medway man accused of being drunk when he caused a crash in August that killed his wife has been charged with manslaughter.
Police say 31-year-old Joshua Bell was driving a 1999 Ford Ranger south on I-95 near Lincoln when he drifted into the median. He overcorrected and the pickup overturned on the highway, blocking both lanes.
His wife, Stephanie Bell was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the vehicle.

Police say heroin and methamphetamine were found at the scene of the crash. Bell is being held at Penobscot County Jail without bail.
