Woodstock is surely a happening place, and business is booming, and a Grand Opening celebration will be happening at several locations throughout the town on Monday, July 27th!

The Town of Woodstock along with the Woodstock Rotary Club have been working collaboratively on three major projects in the area and will showcase them at the Ayr Motor Centre Field House, to be  followed by refreshments for the public and tours from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at all three locations: the L.P. Fisher Public Library, the Woodstock High School Theatre and the Ayr Motor Centre.

We had a chance to chat recently with Scott Dunlop of the Woodstock Rotary Club on the project recently. Be listening to our stations for a special interview with him.

Woodstock, New Brunswick, where the Meduxnekeag and St. John rivers meet, is the hub of economic activity in the Carleton region and beyond. With a population of just over 5,100 people, the picturesque town is the main service provider for over 26,000 people in surrounding communities including Hartland, Florenceville-Bristol, Centreville, Bath, Meductic, Canterbury and more. Many of the people from the rural surrounding region travel to Woodstock for shopping, employment and entertainment.
