36-Year-Old Fugitive from Justice Arrested in Maine
A 36-year-old man was arrested Thursday as a fugitive from justice on a warrant for federal firearm charges.
Fugitive Wanted for Felony Charges
Robert Clark, 36, was wanted for charges including being a Felon in possession of a firearm and theft of a firearm from a licensee in the state of Oregon.
Suspect Arrested in Vehicle
The U.S. Marshals Service and the Maine Violent Offender Task Force apprehended Clark in Winthrop after identifying him driving a vehicle.
Extradition after Court in Maine
Clark will be extradited to Oregon following a court appearance in a Maine court.
Law Enforcement Involved
The Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the arrest with information from the Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force.
