
Man Wanted for Homicide Charged as Fugitive From Justice in Maine
A 19-year-old man wanted for gang related shootings and homicide was apprehended as a fugitive from justice in Waterville.
Fugitive Arrested on Warrant for 2nd Degree Homicide
David McCadney from New York had a fully extraditable warrant for 2nd degree homicide.

Multiple Agencies Involved in the Arrest and Apprehension of Fugitive
He was arrested around 11 am Friday by the Waterville Police Department, FBI Safe Streets Task Force, and NYPD Gun Violence Suppression Division.
Arrest Warrant Executed at Residence and Arrest Made Without Incident
Agents executed an arrest warrant at 439 West River Road and took McCadney into custody without incident, according to the Waterville Police Department.

Man Taken to County Jail and Charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice
McCadney was transported to the Kennebec County Jail and charged with being a Fugitive from Justice.
