
Teen Charged after Police Chase in Stolen Vehicle in Maine
A 14-year-old male was taken into custody Wednesday morning after a police chase in a stolen car in Bangor.
Stolen Vehicle Pursuit after Teen Driver Fled
Police tried to pull the teen over after seeing him driving the stolen vehicle. The juvenile stopped briefly for officers and then sped away and fled the scene.
Police Chase Went Through Parking Lot
Police chased him and the pursuit went through a business parking lot and he collided with a decorative rock pillar. A tire was flattened and the front bumper came loose, said WGME News.
Driver Stopped for Police and was Apprehended
The teen stopped for police at the intersection of Buck Street and Webster Avenue and was arrested.
Juvenile Facing Multiple Charges
He faces charges for refusing to stop for law enforcement, aggravated criminal mischief, driving to endanger, refusal to submit to arrest and unauthorized use of property.
