The Presque Isle Elks have announced that scholarship funds for high school seniors are available though its Most Valuable Student or MVS scholarship program.

The Elks National Foundation will award 500 four-year scholarships to the highest-rated applicants in the 2020 competition, ranging from $1,000 to $12,500 per year. MVS scholarships are for students pursuing a four-year degree, on a full-time basis which is a minimum of 12 semester hours, at a U.S. college or university.

Committed to building a better future, the Elks National Foundation awards a total of $4.1 million in scholarships annually throughout the United States. Scholarships are made available through several programs including the MVS Scholarship program.
