A 44-year-old man faces up to 40 years in prison for his role in a drug trafficking conspiracy in Maine.

Alan Dziob pleaded guilty to his role in a conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute fentanyl, cocaine base, methamphetamine and cocaine.

Dziob trafficked drugs in Penobscot County and in Maine between January and April 2021, according to court records.
Supplied Drugs to Dealer
The U.S. The Attorney's Office said “as part of the conspiracy, Dziob regularly supplied drugs to a local dealer to sell for him.”
40 Years in Prison and $5 Million Fine
He faces up to 40 years in prison and a $5 million fine with a lifetime of supervised release.
