
Man Ejected from Motorcycle and Critically Injured in Maine
A 32-year-old man on a motorcycle was critically injured Tuesday night after a crash with an SUV in Poland, Maine.
Man on Motorcycle was Ejected and Was Critically Injured
Dylan Deconzo was ejected from his motorcycle and was in critical condition. He was transported to Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston.
Woman Driving SUV Was Not Injured
The SUV driver, 48-year-old Anne Emrick from Charlestown, Massachusetts, was not injured.
Motorcycle and SUV Crash with Serious Injuries
The crash happened around 8:25 pm at the intersection of Bakerstown Road (Route 11) and North Raymond Road.
Collision Happened as Motorcycle Crossed Intersection
The Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office said Deconzo collided with the SUV as he was crossing the intersection.

Man Ejected from Motorcycle and Slid Down into a Ditch
“The motorcycle slid down Bakerstown Road and into the woods on the northbound side of the road. Mr. Deconzo, who was not wearing a helmet, was ejected from the motorcycle and slid down Bakerstown Road and into the ditch on the northbound side of the road,” according to Deputies.
Witnesses Said the Motorcycle Had No Headlight On
“Witnesses on scene reported that the motorcycle had been seen prior to the crash being operated without its headlight on,” said the Sheriff’s Office.

Crash Reconstructed
The crash was reconstructed by a detective with the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office.
