United States Attorney Thomas E. Delahanty II announced that a 29-year-old Guilford man pleaded guilty today in U.S. District Court to distribution of heroin.

According to court records, on August 13, 2015, Joshua Bickmore met with an undercover law enforcement officer at the Cambridge, Maine, General Store and sold him 13 baggies of heroin for $390.

Bickmore faces up to 20 years in prison, a $1,000,000 fine, and between three years and a lifetime of supervised release.  He will be sentenced after the completion of a presentence investigation report by the U.S. Probation Office.

The investigation was conducted by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Greenville, Maine, Police Department.
