There hasn't been much change in gas prices around northern New England the past couple of weeks.

The latest report from shows gasoline prices here in the Pine Tree State are unchanged from last week's average of $2.54 a gallon. In Presque Isle, most stations showed a price of $2.65 a gallon, the same as last week.

New Hampshire's pump prices were also unchanged from last week, averaging $2.45 a gallon. The price of gas in Vermont dropped three cents from the past week to an average of $2.59 a gallon.

The national average gas price fell 3.3 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $2.58 Monday. That’s down 7.7 cents per gallon from a month ago, but is 1.8 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
