The U.S. Marshals Service and Maine Violent Offender Task Force apprehended Darell Love from Springfield, Massachusetts.
Identified and Apprehended in a Vehicle
Love was identified in a vehicle on Washington Street in Portland and taken into custody without incident.
Arrest Warrants and Charges
Love had multiple arrest warrants and was Charged with one count of home invasion, one count of firearm violation with 3 prior violent/drug crimes, one count of kidnapping, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and one count of larceny.
Arraignment and Extradition
He will be arraigned in Maine and extradited back to Massachusetts.
