Fredericton Man Charged With Trafficking Cocaine and Other Drugs
A Fredericton man was arrested after police say they discovered a large quantity of cocaine along with heroin, meth and other drugs at his home.
On Wednesday afternoon, members of the Fredericton Police Force, RCMP, Woodstock Police Force, and the Canada Border Services Agency executed a search warrant at a residence on Fredericton's south side.
Officers seized a large quantity of cocaine, and smaller amounts of heroin, marijuana, methamphetamine, MDMA, and ecstasy. A small amount of cash was also seized.
The total street value of the seized drugs was estimated to be more than $167,000, according to Alycia Morehouse, spokesperson for the Fredericton Police Force.
30-year-old Michael O'Donnell has been charged with five counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, and one count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
The investigation is continuing.
