Bruins Can’t Hold Lead, Fall 2-1 [VIDEO]
The struggles for the Boston Bruins continued last night in New York. A 1-0 third period B's lead turned into a 2-1 loss to the Rangers.
The Bruins have now lost 7 of their last nine games.
Jimmy Hayes scored a second period goal for the B's but an early goal in the 3rd by Derick Brassard of the Rangers got the game tied 1-1. Then a tip-in by Jesper Fast with 1:42 left won it for New York.
B's goalie Tuukka Rask made 28 saves, NYR's Henrik Lundqvist had 32.
Two more games in this five game roadtrip for the Bruins - Wednesday in Philly and Friday in Buffalo.
