35-Year-Old Maine Man Faces Arson Charges

The State Fire Marshal’s Office charged a 35-year-old man with arson for setting fire in a Hampden home Monday night.

Mark Roussel was arrested without incident at his home in Princeton on Wednesday.

A friend owned the two story home at 394 Main Street, Hampden. Police said Roussel stayed there frequently.

Roussel was taken to the Penobscot County Jail.
