Massachusetts authorities took 23-year-old Tia Ludwick of Fitchburg into custody on Wednesday, according to Maine State Police spokesman Steve McCausland. Ludwick was arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice. She will face felony murder and robbery charges when she is returned to Maine, McCausland said.

Two men were arrested earlier in connection with the homicide of 31-year-old Douglas Morin of Oakfield. Marcus Asante and Darin Goulding are also being held in Massachusetts on fugitive from justice charges and each will face a murder charge upon their return to Maine.

Goulding made his first court appearance Wednesday in Massachusetts, and Ludwick and Asante are expected to appear in court today. McCausland said once the fugitive from justice charges are resolved, the three will be extradited to Maine.

State Police continue to investigate the homicide of Morin, who was found dead inside a car on October 16 in Sherman.
