One man died in a single-vehicle crash Sunday morning on Route 2 in Hermon.

A 57-year-old man from Mapleton, Maine sustained minor injuries Sunday evening after a rollover crash on Route 163 in Castle Hill.

First responders had to extricate her from the sedan as she was trapped in the car.

Both people in the vehicle were wearing seatbelts and their airbags deployed, said police.

Two people had minor injuries. All occupants were wearing seatbelts, said police.

Troopers said the truck was speeding and 38-year-old Elizabeth Simmons of Sidney was not wearing her seat belt.

Police said Labreck lost control of his pickup truck and went off a curve in the road. The vehicle hit a utility pole and rolled over, landing on its roof.
