Presque Isle Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrant

The Presque Isle Police Department responded to a report of arguing and criminal mischief near Skyway Street Monday evening.

According to Deputy Chief Laurie Kelly, authorities along with the help of police canine Koda tracked down 21-year-old Joshua Clark around 11:52pm.

Clark had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Witnesses alleged that Clark was in the area, intoxicated, and ran from the scene prior to when the Police arrived.

Clark was eventually tracked down and arrested on the warrant as well as charged with refusing to submit to arrest.
