Influenza Classified As Epidemic – What Can You Do?

This flu season is steadily becoming one of the worst in recent memory.  Many now consider it an epidemic and there are ways that you can steer clear of it.  Here is some advice from The Aroostook Medical Center (TAMC) and a few helpful tips from the Maine Centers for Disease Control.

1.Wash your hands constantly.

2.Cover your cough with a tissue or sleave.

3.If you are sick, stay home.

4.Get a vaccine.
