Flu Shot Season in New Brunswick

It's that time of year once again... Time to get your flu shot! And supplies are readily available in New Brunswick.

New Brunswick's Chief Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Eilish Cleary says strains of seasonal influenza viruses change each year, and as a result, the flu vaccine needs to change to ensure it protects against current viruses.

Seasonal influenza poses serious health risks to the elderly, the very young and those with weakened immune systems or other chronic health conditions.
