Canaan Woman’s Horse Killed in Hit and Run – Fund Set Up to Catch Whoever Did This

Sierra Miner's horse Lucy was hit in her front yard and dragged almost a mile down the road. She is devastated and is determined to catch whoever did this. You can help...

Sierra Miner got Lucy just a year ago, but they had an incredible bond. It is beyond comprehension how anyone could not only hit a horse, but then drag the 1,000 pound animal a mile down the road...

and then leave it there to die.

Witnesses did not get a good enough look at the car, but stayed with Lucy until Sierra could get there.

The car apparently lost control around a curve and swerved into Sierra's front yard where Lucy was tied up to graze.

There is a GoFundMe page set up to raise money to offer an award for finding who is responsible.
