According to AMHC Director of Emergency Services Lorraine Chamberlain, this year's SNO-RUN pulled in $53,100.

Riders were spread throughout the County from Van Buren to Caribou to Washburn and Presque Isle, enjoying food, fun, and exercise. Events such as the Sno-Run 5K had runners braving the cold, some chose to run in their shorts!

Around 300 attendees packed the food court of the Aroostook Centre Mall for the benefit dinner, auction and the presentation of the 'recovery collage' filled with statements from recovering assault victims to Andy Santerre.

Chamberlain says the turn out was a huge success considering the amount of events taking place. She along with organizers and participants are amazed at what they manage to accomplish each year.

Riders from all over the County came together to form this years arial photo. It took about 130 riders to complete the “Acadian Star” in honor of this year’s CMA 2014. 80 riders formed the star while the remaining 50 spelled out Acadian.
