The 40-year-old driver, Jose Cancel from Newport, Rhode Island, was driving north around 4 am when he swerved to avoid three deer near mile marker 2 on I-295.
Truck Overcorrected, Hit Median Guardrail and Rolled Over
“The truck overcorrected, struck the median guardrail, overturned, and came to rest blocking the southbound travel lanes,” according to the Maine Department of Public Safety.

The driver was not injured in the crash.
