Seven Arrested in Drug & Human Trafficking Investigation in Maine

Seven people were arrested after a months-long investigation into drug trafficking, prostitution and human trafficking in Windham.

High-Risk Warrant Executed at Residence

A high-risk warrant was executed Tuesday at 30 Snowy Ridge Road around 6:30 am by the Windham Police Department, Cumberland County Sheriff's Department and the Cumberland County Regional Emergency Services Unit.

Multiple Charges

The Windham Police Department said seven people were arrested and booked on multiple charges.

Police Arrested Seven People at the Residence

• 34-year-old Daniel Yates from Windham and charged him with Criminal Arrest Warrants, Refusing to Submit to Detention, Creating a Police Standoff.
• 36-year-old Trista Townsend from Limington was charged with Refusing to Submit to Detention, VCR, Creating a Police Standoff.
• 33-year-old Ciara Rose who is a Transient faces charges for Refusing Submit to Detention, VCR, Creating a Police Standoff.
• 34-year-old Brandi Hamm from Windham was charged with Refusing to Submit to Detention, Creating a Police Standoff.
• 31-year-old Luke Boyle from Portland was charged with Criminal Arrest Warrants, Refusing to Submit to Detention, Creating a Police Standoff.
• 47-year-old Michael Morehead from Gorham was charged with Probation Violation, Refusing to Submit to Detention, Creating a Police Standoff.
• 32-year-old Justin Ramsey from Otisfield faces charges for Criminal Arrest Warrants, Refusing to Submit to Detention, Creating a Police Standoff.
