The fire in Portland was reported on Wednesday morning at 1706 Forest Avenue behind the former Noble Barbecue, according to WGME News.

Shed Caught on Fire

A shed behind the restaurant caught on fire around 6:20 am and did not spread to the restaurant structure.

No Injuries Reported at the Scene

Officials said no injuries were reported to anyone inside the shed or to fire crews on the scene.

Second Fire at Local Auto Repair Shop in Rumford

The second fire happened at an auto garage on Prospect Street in Rumford on Tuesday night.

Road was Closed to Traffic and Reopened Later

Route 2 was closed as fire crews battled the blaze. The road has since been reopened.

Locals Advised to Stay Clear of Area

Officials asked locals to avoid the area around Falls Hill until the blaze was put out.

No Injuries Were Reported

No injuries were reported to the garage staff or the first responders on the scene, said WGME News.
