Max Weinberg’s ‘Pure Perfection’ Home on Sale for $5.25 Million

Max Weinberg, the longtime drummer for Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band, is selling his Florida mansion.

Built in 2013, the property is located in Delray Beach, approximately 55 miles north of Miami. The two-story home includes six bedrooms and five bathrooms, and is only a few blocks away from the ocean.

“Quite simply, the home expresses pure perfection,” boasts the property’s official listing. Highlights of the house include a large kitchen with white marble accents, an expansive living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a state-of-the-art screening room.

The second story, accessed by either the stairs or elevator, includes a luxurious master bedroom, with adjoining bathroom and office. A spacious veranda wraps around the second floor, connecting the master to its neighboring guest rooms.

Outside, the property boasts a gorgeous patio with built-in barbecue, fire-pit area, outdoor shower, pool and spa. A tree-lined fence surrounds the property, while the landscaped yard provides plenty of space for activities.

Weinberg purchased the home a little more than two years ago for $4 million. The property is currently listed for $5.25 million. You can see pictures of the luxurious estate below.

After famously responding to an ad placed in The Village Voice, Weinberg joined the E Street Band in 1974. His career alongside Springsteen has spanned more than 45 years and earned the drummer enshrinement in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The rocker also found success outside of the E Street Band, earning further celebrity on television during his 16-year run as bandleader on Late Night With Conan O'Brien.

More recently, Weinberg has been touring with his four-piece group, Max Weinberg’s Jukebox. The band uses audience suggestions to craft impromptu set lists for its shows, often performing songs from some of rocks greatest artists, including the Beatles, the Rolling Stones and, of course, Springsteen.
