
54-Year-Old Man Died after Rollover Crash on I-95 in Maine
A 54-year-old man died Thursday after a rollover crash on I-95 in Augusta.
Truck Left the Rodway and Rolled Over
The Maine State Police said Shaun McFarlin lost control of his Ford Pickup truck on the exit 113 off-ramp and rolled over around 1:04 pm.
Died at the Scene
McFarlin was pronounced dead at the scene from his injuries, said the Maine Department of Public Safety.
Speed Believed to be a Factor
Speed is believed to be a factor in the crash, said police. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
Off-Ramp Closed
The off-ramp was shut down for approximately 1.5 hours. The investigation is ongoing. Troopers were assisted by Augusta Fire & Rescue, Maine DOT, and AC Towing.
