
Man Arrested & Charged after Driving Motorcycle 114 mph in Maine
A 29-year-old man was arrested Saturday night and charged with driving a motorcycle 114 mph on Route 1 in Arundel.
Charged with Criminal Speeding and Driving to Endanger
Joshua Uriah Farseer from Biddeford was charged with Criminal Speeding and Driving to Endanger around 6:30 pm.
Driving a Motorcycle 114 mph in a 40 mph Zone on Route 1
The York County Sheriff’s Office said Farseer was travelling at 114 mph in a marked 40 mph zone.
Deputy Conducting Traffic Enforcement Arrested Driver
Deputy Justin Titcomb was doing routine traffic enforcement on Portland Road when he observed and clocked Farseer driving at a high rate of speed.
Driver Taken into Custody and Transported to Jail
Deputy Titcomb pulled him over and placed him under arrest. He was transported to the York County Jail with bail set at $200 cash.
Scheduled Court Appearance in December
Farseer was released and has a court appearance scheduled for December 23, 2025 at the York Judicial Center in Biddeford.
