Youth sports programs in our area are a treasured thing. They can also be expensive to manage. A local youth hockey group is hoping to raise some funds to benefit their athletes and the community.

Presque Isle Youth Hockey will host a ‘Stew Night’ on Friday, January 31st from 5 to 7pm at the Presque Isle Snowmobile Club. The cost is $6 per person. The meal will consist of stews, chilis, chowders, rolls, with apple crisp and ice cream for dessert.

This is a perfect opportunity to help a group of young athletes build their program and enjoy a great meal with friends at the same time. For more information, contact Angel McNeal at 540-3850.
