The new iPhone 6 is here, and hilarious stories of the best new internet hoaxes have arrived right along with it. Last year, a famous joke tricked hundreds of brand new iPhone users into destroying their phones by claiming that the new iOS update "made the phone waterproof." I didn't think it could get any better than that, but the internet proved me wrong... again!

This week, the new iPhone 6 hit stores. Not even 24 hours later, another hoax hit the internet, and this one's even better than waterproofing. Introducing "Apple Wave":
