According to WGME.comMaine Law Enforcement will be in full effect now through June 4th, looking for seatbelt violations.  The Maine Bureau of Highway Safety has ponied up the extra coin to pay for the overtime of extra patrols. The campaign is cleverly called, "Click It or Ticket" and it emphasizes using your seat belt and children's car seats, as required by law. And if you aren't wearing a seatbelt, you WILL get a ticket. This campaign is not "Click It or Warning"! Our neighbors in New Hampshire will also be on the roads making sure that you're being safe out there.
