Old Brewer Building To Become A Stylish Hotel, Restaurant & Cafe

Something stylish is coming to Brewer Waterfront! A new hotel, restaurant & cafe — get ready!

The Brewer Riverfront is about to get a serious upgrade!

You have probably driven by 75 South Main Street in Brewer before, and noticed an empty brick building with Hathorn Manufacturing Company on the front, and not thought much about it. After all, it is an old box factory that has been empty for quite some time, but soon that won't be the case!

Plans are currently underway for a big project that will include a fine dining restaurant, cafe, and boutique hotel. Ooh la la!

The new business will have easy access to the gorgeous Brewer Riverwalk, which is currently thriving, especially during the summer months.

The Brewer Waterfront is already home to two outstanding restaurants, High Tide and Mason's Brewing Company, but there is plenty of room for someone else to join the party.

The building on South Main, has been owned by a Dedham resident but has been the subject of development rumours for years, and was recently sold to a developer who has big plans to turn it into a high-end hotel, cafe & restaurant.

This is big for Brewer, since it does not have much in the way of lodging at the current time.

So far, details are thin on the construction or opening dates, but rest assured that plans are underway to bring some exciting upgrades to the City of Brewer.

Eventually, this will be a much-needed boost to the area.
