A 20-year-old woman who almost drowned was revived at Long Sands Beach in York on Saturday afternoon.

Police said a man with medical training was able to revive the woman who was swimming with friends.
Transported to the Hospital
The woman was taken to York Hospital for medical care, said WMTW News. Names and the man’s age were not released.
