Woman Guilty in ‘One of the Largest Embezzlement Cases in Maine’
A 53-year-old woman was found guilty in “one of the largest embezzlement cases in the history of the state of Maine.”
Former Bookkeeper Stole More than $700,000 over Three years
Terri Moulton from Guilford was accused of stealing over $730,000 between January 2019 and February 2022 as the office manager and bookkeeper for the Dewitt Machine & Fabrication Company in Medford.
Woman Charged for Forgery and Theft
Moulton was found guilty after a four day trial for Forgery and Theft, said WGME News.

Prosecutor R. Christopher Almy said it is “one of the largest embezzlement cases in the history of the state of Maine, certainly the largest in Piscataquis County.”
