One of the earliest Thai restaurants in the city, Saeng Thai House has been satisfying Portland locals for the best part of three decades. It's not just about the food here, either – a dose of warm Thai hospitality is served up alongside the made-from-scratch menu. Foodie favorites include the drunken noodles and the crispy duck.
