Study Shows U.S. Workers Are the Least Happy With Work Stress and Pay
Are you happy at work? Does getting up every day and going to your job make you feel complete? If you’re lucky, the answer is yes. However, Gallup recently did a poll of 1000 U.S. workers aged 18 and older and the results are interesting.
When it comes to job-related stress the poll found that only 29% were completely satisfied with the amount they have to deal with. 30% said they were happy with the amount of money they earn and only 35% were satisfied with the level of healthcare their position provides.
Certain surface aspects of the jobs of those surveyed showed that they were completely satisfied with their coworkers and the flexibility of their hourly workday, 69% and 60%, respectively.
