‘Preacher’ Season 2 Looks ‘Powerful AF’ in New Poster Key Art
AMC’s Preacher is going to be a very different show when Season 2 premieres in June, and it deserves key art to match. See for yourself, as Jesse, Tulip and Cassidy are all looking “powerful AF” in some colorful new promotion for the comic drama’s return.
Ahead of its June 25 premiere, Preacher summoned forth some gorgeous new key art for Season 2, featuring our main leads Jesse (Dominic Cooper), Tulip (Ruth Negga) and Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun) together, as well as apart. You can also make out the Saint of Killers (Graham McTavish) in the shapes below, along with some other familiar figures.
Set for a Sunday, June 25 premiere, so reads the Preacher Season 2 synopsis:
The expanded second season, consisting of 13 episodes, is a genre-bending thrill ride that follows West Texas preacher Jesse Custer (Dominic Cooper), his badass ex-girlfriend Tulip (Academy Award nominee Ruth Negga) and an Irish vampire named Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun) as they embark on a road trip to find God and are thrust into a twisted battle spanning Heaven, Hell and everywhere in between.
Joining the cast of Preacher Season 2 in unidentified roles are Game of Thrones alum Noah Taylor, Star Wars: The Force Awakens star Pip Torrens, and Fargo alum Julie Ann Emery as series regulars. Recurring roles will include Timeless star Malcolm Barrett, Homeland alum Ronald Guttman, and Justin Prentice.
