
Two Men and Woman Charged with Drug Trafficking in Maine
Two men and one woman were arrested and charged with drug trafficking after a months-long investigation in Turner.
Community Reported Suspicious Drug Activity to Police
The Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office said “The investigation was initiated after numerous concerned citizens within the community reported suspicious activity in the neighborhood.”
Search Warrant Executed at Suspected Drug House
On Tuesday afternoon, deputies and agents with the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency executed a search warrant on Bean Street.
Drugs, Firearms and Money Seized
Deputies seized 70.69 grams of narcotics including 25.2 grams of fentanyl, 11.79 grams of crack cocaine, 15.2 grams of cocaine, and 18.5 grams of meth. Three firearms were also confiscated along with $3,953 in suspected drug proceeds.
Man Charged with Aggravated Drug Trafficking
Three people were taken into custody and charged including 43-year-old Edward Barbioni Jr from Turner who was charged with Aggravated Drug Trafficking and Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person.
Second Man Taken into Custody
Also arrested was 41-year-old Joseph Conlogue from Wilton who was charged with Unlawful Drug Trafficking.
Woman Arrested and Charged
A 40-year-old woman, Angela Ridlon from Turner, also faces charges for Aggravated Drug Trafficking and Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person.

All Three have Extensive Criminal History
“All three individuals have extensive criminal histories, including prior drug possession offenses,” according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Suspects Taken to County Jail and Held
They were transported to the Androscoggin County Jail and are being held without bail, said WGME News.

Ongoing Drug Investigation
The investigation remains open and active as law enforcement collects additional information.
