This is so cool, Down East Magazine put together something called the Great Maine Scavenger Hunt!

Guys, this is basically your entire summer already planned out, but in a fun, low-pressure, memory making way! If you haven’t heard of this yet, let me break it down for you the hunt is made up of 28 different experiences across Maine!

The list is electric, with everything from watching the sunrise at Cadillac Mountain to taking a dip at Frenchman’s Hole. And of course, grabbing donuts, going to concerts, and more.

The funnest part in my opinion is the fact you are documenting all of it.

Taking selfies at each stop, sharing them and turning your summer into a Maine scavenger adventure. And of course, you don’t have to go all in, but if you do, they are prizes and features.

This is very much a “choose your own fun” situation. You can casually hit a few spots on weekends, or fully commit and turn it into a family mission.

And if you are all in, what I love most is that it forces you to actually do Maine. It's not just talk about getting outside, but actually exploring what this state has to offer.

You can find all the info to the scavenger hunt here!

Honestly? This feels like one of the easiest ways to create “our best memory ever summer” without overthinking it.
