Maine really said, yes to Raisin Bran.

Listen, I love us, I do. We are tough, rugged, practical, we survive a Noreaster with a flashlight and Dunkin, but when the rest of the country is out here chasing sugar and fun, we choose Raisin Bran.

But, maybe that's our secret?

A list by CSP Global, was released showing each U.S. state’s favorite cereals.

Let's visit our neighbors first, let's say Maine isn't totally alone in it's steady approach to starting the day.

States like Massachusetts and Connecticut leaned more to classics like Cheerios and Rice Krispies, simple, classic, and a lot less then the sugar rush that dominated other parts of the country.

New Hampshire and Vermont followed that same vibe, with nothing too flashy, both choosing Cheerios.

What is Maine's Favorite Cereal?

Now, let's get to Maine.

According to the post, Maine's favorite cereal is Raisin Bran. Of Course we are that state that wakes up and says, "Yeah that feels responsible" and honestly, it does.

We're built different and it's probably thanks to our cereal choice. If some of you don't know what Raisin Bran tastes like, well it's a mix of  crunchy flakes and sweet little bursts of raisins.

It's very wholesome and healthy.

Our cereal pick gets the job done, steady and reliable.

Honestly, I wouldn't change a thing. What do you think?
