Maine DOT Plow Truck Turns Over in Perham [VIDEO]

A MDOT plow truck tipped over after taking a sharp corner in Perham around 5:53pm Saturday.

According to the Maine State Police, 28-year-old Matthew Ellis of Caribou was driving a MDOT plow truck on Rt 228 when he lost control of the vehicle on a sharp corner at the intersection of the Mouse Island Road and Rt 228.

The plow truck veered off the left side of the road, rolling onto its side into the ditch and damaging the passenger side.

Ellis sustained minor injuries to his leg. Beaulieau's towing responded to the scene, pulled up the overturned plow and towed it away.
