On today's show we pondered the question of whether there are bands out there that should have or could have stopped recording at their peak. We took a little bit of flack for saying Def Leppard, but we expected that. Here are some other bands or artists you thought might have been okay if they had moved on a long time ago.

Boston. It takes decades for Tom and Company to make an album and when they do they still don't measure up to the first one in 1976.

Poison. Some would say Poison should never have started, but I'm not one. Every band and their music has its place. It's just that Poison's place was back in 1988 with 'Open Up and Say Ahh.'

Rolling Stones. Jagger and Richards? Really?

Black Sabbath. A couple of people thought that Ozzy and the boys should stop trying to make another comeback. We've heard it before.

Join us tomorrow when we ask if there are any bands or artists that shouldn't have gotten to where they are now. 'Overrated Rock,' tomorrow on the Chris O'Brien Show. 'Like' us on Facebook.
