On today's Chris O'Brien Show we asked what your favorite rock and roll-based motion picture was. We got a lot of duplicate answers but some very interesting ones. 'Spinal Tap' was in my top 5, as was 'Almost Famous.' Those were also popular with our listeners. The cool thing is that our listeners vary widely in age.

I have to say my No.1 has to be Jack Black's 'School of Rock.' I think it's because it captured the true spirit of rock and roll, and it was hilarious. There were a lot of votes for The Beatles' 'Hard Days' Night.' We also got one vote for 'Sgt.Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band,' which I think was a joke.
