Police say a Grand Falls man died and another man was seriously injured, following a single-vehicle crash Thursday night in Drummond, N.B.

Saint-Léonard RCMP and emergency personnel responded to the crash on Desjardins Road at around 10:30 p.m.

Sgt. Michel Ouellette said a pickup truck left the road and rolled over. The two occupants, both from Grand Falls, were ejected from the vehicle. The 60-year-old passenger died at the scene. The 32-year-old driver was taken by ambulance to hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries, Ouellette said.

The identities of the two men have not been released.

An RCMP collision reconstructionist attended the scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
