Here are 3 Replicas of Fenway Park in Boston, Massachusetts We Found Across the U.S.

You and I know how beloved our Fenway Park is. I was, however, surprised to find out that there are other people across the country that love Fenway so much that they have built an exact replica of the place in their own backyard.

There is a 'Field of Dreams' Replica of Fenway in Texas

Just north of Dallas, Texas, there is a miniature Green Monster in Bells, Texas, complete with the Citgo sign. The park was built for Whiffle Ball.  The foul ball polls are painted the exact same color as the ones in the stadium.

The owners have heard from people from all over the world like New Zealand and  Moscow.  People have been reenacting the best moments of the past games. I'm sure it includes the Boston cop rejoicing in the outfield after Big Papi's homerun to tie the game.

The name of the facility is called the Dugout at the Home Run Ranch because kids instinctively run to these people for love and whatever else they may need.  The owners have a passion for community. They are inviting people to come out and create their own memories.

Creativity and Boredom is the Mother of Invention for these Wisconsin Brothers

During the pandemic, two brothers were bored out of their minds, like many of us were.  All of the ballparks were shut down, so they decided to create a replica of Fenway Park in their own backyard. The brothers, however did have to take it down before the Wisconsin winter set in.

Thomas Hastings was born with MS and scoliosis.  He loves baseball, but he is unable to play, so with volunteers from all around, a Green Monster was created for him where he could do whatever he wanted.  There was nothing that he couldn't do at his own Fenway Park.

Fenway Park is such a special place. Even when you go for a concert or an event, Fenway has a feel of excitement, summertime and joy.  I'm happy to see that the love of the stadium has spread.
