Authorities say a Syracuse, N.Y. city cop was too busy futzing with his fancy cop computer when he ran a red light and ended up creaming a cop in an unmarked car.

Police tell The Post-Standard that 35-year-old Officer Robert Harrington failed to stop for a red light at an intersection Tuesday and rammed into an unmarked vehicle driven by 51-year-old Detective Edward MacBlane. Can you image the look on MacBlane's face?

According to police (jeez how many cops were involved in this thing?) Harrington was distracted looking at his computer (probably on Facebook) when the accident occurred.

Harrington was reportedly responding to a "suspicious person" complaint and didn't have his vehicle's siren or emergency lights on. How convenient...

No one was injured. And guess what, no tickets were issued -- what a shocker.
