Deputy Rolls Cruiser En Route To Emergency Call

A Cumberland Sheriff is currently recovering from injuries after losing control of his vehicle Sunday night. He was on his way to a domestic disturbance call when the vehicle hit a guardrail in the northbound lanes near the Brunswick town line and rolled over multiple times. The deputy who at this time has been unidentified was rushed to the hospital with non life threatening injuries while the car was totaled.

The Sheriff's office is investigating the cause of the accident.
