Care to Weigh in on the ‘KISS’ feud? [VIDEO]

So there are die-hard fans and then there are die-hard fans. A lot of people are of the impression that the recent uprising on the KISS front is due to the band's induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and their 'lack of' a reunion at the ceremony. In reality, this feud goes way back and we're naive to think it would change.

Gene Simmons recently said that original drummer Peter Criss and guitarist Ace Frehley, the men who helped start the band, did not deserve to wear the makeup. They both may have dealt with their own demons, but those are awfully strong words coming from a guy who would sell his kids if the money was right. There is a theory that they're beefing up the battle in order to build anticipation for the induction and an eventual 'fan-demanded' performance. Doubtful, but if that's the case, it's marketing genius.
